• No scraping or automated access beyond published APIs.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws.
